We are currently looking for qualified installers and troubleshooters.
CALL for an appointment.  

Positions Currently Open:

Technician $8.00 - $16.00 hourly (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)
Able to install and troubleshoot a variety of systems with good knowledge and skills in installing and troubleing shooting alarm systems and video surveillance systems.  
Related Fields:

  • Telephone system cabling and installation.

  • Burglar alarm installation. During construction and in existing structures.

  • General construction.

  • Network cabling.

  • Video surveillance systems.

  • Fire alarm system installation, inspection, troubleshooting.  

  • Access control.

  • Public address systems.

Qualificiations:

  • Experience specifically in this field or those related fields listed above.
  • Education in basic electrical principles.
  • Familiarity and skills with the tools of the trade.
  • Good driving record.
  • Submits to and passes drug screen.
  • Clean criminal record.

Duties:

  • Install the variety of systems sold by our company.
  • Troubleshoot systems.
  • Familiarize customers with equipment and usaeage.
  • Be ON-CALL as needed.  

Hours:

  • Normal working hours are 8:30 - 5:30 Mon - Fri.
  • ON CALL is required of all techs in fair rotation.
  • Evening or weekend hours are required as work demands.  
  • Occassionally out of town travel overnight may be required.

    • Applications and aptitude tests are only accepted by appointment at preset times each week.
    • Applications and aptitude tests must be completed on-site at that time.  
  2. Bring a copy of your Motor Vehicle report with you to your application.  Bring your original and a copy.  After verifying that they are the same we will return your original.

  3. Bring copies of any special certifications you wish to have considered.  

  4. BE ON TIME.  BE PREPARED.  

AFTER THE APPLICATION:

  1. Your application will be review.  
  2. Your aptitude test will be reviewed and cross refferenced with the experience listed on your application and with your desired starting pay.  
  3. If the application and aptitide test look good and positiion and wage desired are in accordance with qualifications we will check refferences.
  4. A criminal background check will be performed
  5. Your driving record will be verified.
  6. An interview may be scheduled at which time benefits and payroll options will be discussed.

IF HIRED:

  1. You will fill out additional paperwork with our payroll agency.  
  2. You will be drug screened.
  3. You will start very quickly.  Be prepared to work.
  4. There will be an initial 2 week provisional period which does not count towards time towards benefits.  
  5. There will be a 6 month probational period which does count towards accrued benefits if applicable, but only if full term to gain benefits is achieved.  
  6. Some benefits may be applied for after three months of full time employment.
